Your Duties and responsibilities

• Familiarization with the processes of gas sterilization
• Implementation of the company’s quality policy and objectives, in accordance with the legal requirements for the sterilization of medical devices
• Process testing, in-process control and evaluation of process deviations
• Recording and processing of complaints
• Preparation of work and procedure instructions
• Analysis of quality problems and development of solutions
• Collaboration in the preparation of validation plans and reports
• Preliminary and Follow-up of internal and external quality audits
• Implementation of employee training on quality-related problems

Your Profile

• Ideally, you have completed commercial vocational training – alternatively, initial experience in the field of quality assurance
• An independent, careful and structured way of working
• A strong team and communication skills
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good MS Office skills, especially Outlook/Excel and the willingness to familiarize yourself with group work and documentation systems
